Anda Wellness & SPA - The apartment measures 70 m2, is cosy, finely furnished and clean and can accommodate up to 4 people plus a child under three years old (for this purpose a wooden cot is in the master bedroom); pets and smoking are not allowed. When booking, it is customary to pay a deposit, by bank transfer. The deposit is a guarantee for the booking and is not paid back if guests unilaterally cancel their booking. Within 24 hours after checking-in Villa Claudia, we kindly ask you to pay the full rent price for the apartment. The apartment is available from 4.00 p.m. on arrival date to 10.00 a.m. on departure date.
Anda Wellness & SPA - How to reach Villa Claudia: by car, from downtown, drive in direction of the main square (Piaz de Sotegrava). At the the corner with the Hotel Corona, turn left and go ahead for about 50 m. Now turn right and follow the directions to the church. At the crossroads turn right onto a little bridge and go straight for another 100 m, always keep to the right. On your left you should now see the

Anda Wellness & SPA - Lifts can be easily reached from Moena by car or free skibus (distances: Alpe di Lusia 3 km; Passo San Pellegrino 10 km; Latemar- Predazzo 9 km; Canazei-Sellaronda 17 km). The nearest ski bus stops are: Piaz Scopol, Hotel Rancolin and Hotel Patrizia (100 m from our house). We also have a special agreement for our guests with the Even Spa and swimming pool at the Hotel Patrizia (100 m from our house). Our guests get a discount on the entry fee to the hotel Spa. On the day of your arrival, you will be given a special pass to drive in town. You have to keep the pass in your car in a place visible to policemen for the entire duration of your stay. You have to give back the pass at the end of your stay. Warning: in winter, winter tyres are compulsory and it is strongly advisable to have snow chains onboard to use if needed.
